 Now, now...talk about Bollywood going places, its time the Hollywood beauties make way for our very own filmis. Our superstars have pompously walked down the Oscar's red carpet, Cannes red carpet et al, and now even H-town studious is rolling out their plush carpets for them. This week Chandni Chowk to China had a lavish premiere in the same studio in LA, where Angelina Jolie and Clint Eastwood recently premiered their movie, Changeling . The paparazzi went ga-ga over our stars, and for once we don't think they missed the hottest jodi in Hollywood, Angie & Brad. They were way too besotted by the gorgeous Akshay and Deepika jodi . Can't blame them, such are our Indian beauties, no? We also heard that Akki has planned a special screening for cabbies in New York (there are a whole lot of Indian and Bangladeshi cabbies in the city). The intention was to make a connect with the masses. Our Akki boy is a smart dude, indeed. As far as promoting and marketing his movies goes... he's trying to blow every horn in the city! |
